Sushi
Sample some of Orlando's finest sushi, freshly prepared by the city's premier sushi chef, Chef Yoshi, as he is best known to local sushi connoisseurs. As the sole chef of our Sushi Bar, Chef Yoshi cuts and rolls traditional delicacies and pours the best Saki in Central Florida. Palm Cafe, our deli-style restaurant conveniently located on the hotel’s lower level.
